missing lebanon

A few months after returning from Lebanon, I found myself missing it in ways I hadn’t anticipated. The light, the textures, the rhythm of the streets, the ordinary scenes that quietly define what home feels like.

Unable to return for now and feeling increasingly distant from it while living in Paris, I began searching for a way to reconnect, not only for myself, but through the city surrounding me. That’s how Print Hunt came to life.

Across Paris, I started leaving behind prints of Lebanese scenes that have deeply marked me. Fragments of everyday life, hidden carefully throughout the city, waiting to be encountered unexpectedly. Lebanese moments placed within Parisian streets.

Each print becomes a quiet trace of elsewhere, a reminder that home is not fixed to one geography. It travels with us, resurfaces through memory, and sometimes appears where we least expect it.

the project unfolds as an invitation to wander. Prints are hidden across different neighborhoods of Paris, from Le Marais to Canal Saint-Martin, the Latin Quarter, the 13th arrondissement, and other corners of the city. If one is found, it belongs entirely to the person who discovers it.

Some prints also contain a small gesture, a 15% reduction on selected photographic pieces, extending the possibility of bringing another fragment of Lebanon into one’s own space.

More than a photographic project, Print Hunt explores circulation, memory, and connection. Carrying a place across borders. Sharing pieces of home with strangers. Transforming the city into a landscape of discovery, emotion, and quiet encounters.
